Swedish independent watchmaker GoS has partnered with designer Martin Key for a second limited series of watches. The GoS x Martin Key 2026 Edition is restricted to just six pieces across three different case materials.

The collaboration follows a 2024 joint venture that was initially not intended to be repeated. Watchmaker Patrik Sjögren and designer Martin Key have reunited for what is described as an even more provocative series. The new watches retain design DNA from the first project but introduce several distinct changes.

Case design and specifications

The 41.5mm by 12.1mm case is offered in a choice of 18k Swedish red gold, platinum, or white gold. Its flanks feature octagonal decorations, a signature element from Martin Key's accessory and leatherwork. The lugs are more angular to match this theme. A hand-cut crown with a double gasket provides 50 meters of water resistance and internal shock protection.

Dial and hand craftsmanship

Gone is the Damascus steel often seen in GoS watches. This dial begins with a silver base, hand-finished with a radiant wave-like pattern. It is then finished in black rhodium and coated with a translucent purple ceramic, creating a deep black appearance with purple hints in shifting light. A brushed octagonal chapter ring set with diamond hour markers surrounds the dial. At 6 o'clock sits the brand's hallmark Triskele running seconds indicator, framed by another octagonal ring. Viking arrowhead-shaped hands indicate the hours and minutes. These hands are first gold-plated, then rhodium-plated, leaving only the very tip in gold.

Movement and finishing

Powering the watch is the Calibre GOS03, sourced from Schwarz Etienne and modified for GoS. Its micro-rotor features a guilloché decoration that replicates the dial's wave pattern. The click wheel is engraved with the Triskele symbol. The movement operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour and offers an 86-hour power reserve. Finishing includes individually decorated bridges, various brushing techniques, and accents of colour.

Availability and pricing

The watch comes on a semi-polished crocodile leather strap with a purple lining and a matching pin buckle engraved with the Triskele symbol. The series is strictly limited to six pieces in total. The breakdown of pieces and their prices, including VAT, is as follows:
