Norqain has released the 45-gram Wild ONE Skeleton X-Lite Turquoise watch. The brand's lightest and most expensive Wild ONE model to date, it is limited to 300 pieces per year and retails for $13,900 USD. This turquoise-accented version joins the permanent collection following the sellout of an earlier black-and-yellow limited edition.
Technical Architecture and Materials
The 41mm sports watch employs a complex architecture of over thirty individual components. These parts span several advanced materials, including the brand's proprietary NORTEQ®, titanium, aluminum, rubber, and an X-Lite carbon-fiber composite. The case combines black NORTEQ® top and side components with a sandblasted black-DLC titanium container and an aluminum caseback.
This proprietary X-Lite composite, developed with BIWI, is central to the watch's durability, enabling it to withstand impacts exceeding 5,000 g. The complete timepiece measures 41mm in diameter, 11.95mm thick, and has a lug-to-lug measurement of 48.7mm.
Design Details and Features
Turquoise defines the watch's aesthetic, appearing on the crown's rubber insert, the rubber shock absorbers, the strap, and the dial. The openworked dial features turquoise bar-like hour markers and diamond-cut hands, all coated with turquoise Super-LumiNova for nighttime legibility. A flat seconds hand completes the display.
Two strap configurations are offered. One uses a double-layer construction of black and turquoise rubber. The other pairs a perforated black rubber upper with an interchangeable turquoise stretch band.
Performance and Specifications
Inside the watch is the COSC-certified NORQAIN 4K Manufacture Calibre NK26/1. This automatic skeleton movement, developed in collaboration with AMT, operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 65-hour power reserve. Its skeletonised bridges and a mountain-peak-shaped oscillating weight are visible through the exhibition caseback.

Production is capped at 300 watches annually. The timepiece carries a price of $13,900 USD, which is equivalent to £9,700. Each watch is delivered in a special presentation box that incorporates an integrated watch winder and is backed by a four-year warranty, extendable to five years via a MyNORQAIN account.
