Raymond Weil Launches Limited Freelancer World-Traveller Watch
Raymond Weil debuts a 260-piece limited edition Freelancer World-Traveller watch with a world-time function, priced at $4,395 to mark the founder's centenary.

The Raymond Weil Freelancer World-Traveller is now available as a limited edition of 260 pieces starting today. The watch is on sale at Raymond Weil retailers and online for $4,395, celebrating both the 100th birthday of founder Raymond Weil and the brand's own 50th anniversary.
Design and dial details
The watch features a relief world-map dial with stamping and laser texturing in champagne and midnight-blue finishes. This Mercator projection style dial presents textured champagne continents against a dark blue background representing the oceans.
The outer ring of the dial features 24 world cities and their corresponding time zones. A knurled, fluted bezel rotates this city ring to shift time zones or track them, aligning with a 24-hour scale for day and night reference. Raymond Weil's handwritten signature replaces the brand logo at six o'clock. "Raymond Weil's signature sits at 6 o'clock and above the date window," the brand said.
Applied hour markers and tapering baton hands filled with Super-LumiNova indicate local time. A slim GMT hand with a red-outlined, lume-filled triangular tip completes the display.
Case, movement and functionality
Housed in a 40mm stainless steel case, the watch is 10.25mm thick. The case features a polished bezel, brushed knurled bezel exterior, and brushed case sides which offset the screw-down crown and faceted lugs. Water resistance is 50 meters.
The movement is the automatic RW3230, based on the Sellita SW330-2. It offers hours, minutes, seconds, date, and a caller GMT function. This self-winding movement, visible through a sapphire caseback, delivers 56 hours of power reserve and operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The GMT hand is adjustable via the screw-down crown in its second position.
Strap, pricing and commemorative meaning
The watch is paired with a navy-blue leather strap featuring tone-on-tone stitching and a stainless-steel folding clasp with double safety push-buttons. The reference number is 2762-STC-02026.

The piece commemorates October 10, 2026, which would have been the 100th birthday of founder Raymond Weil. He was a keen traveller and pilot who built relationships for the brand through global travel. The watch combines a GMT function and world time zone ring for tracking three time zones, reflecting this legacy.
The watch is available starting today at Raymond Weil retailers and online.
